Damian loads out of Highland. Inside fifteen miles there is no travel charge. Past that it is a flat rate per mile, and you see the figure before you confirm the booking.

$2.50 per mile
You pay for the miles past the free zone and nothing before it, which is why Ontario comes out at $27 instead of $65.
These distances run straight from the Highland base, and the booking system confirms the exact fee before you pay. Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs and Big Bear sit close on the map, but the drive is up the 18 or the 330. Call Damian for those instead of trusting the number.

Why does the price depend on size instead of what I drive?
A Camry and a Mustang carry about the same paint, glass and carpet, so they share a rate. A three row SUV or a van adds a whole row of seats and the carpet under it, which puts it a step above a two row SUV even when it is no longer.
Where does my pickup land?
A midsize pickup like a Tacoma, Colorado or Ranger goes at the two row rate. A full size truck like an F‑150, Silverado or Ram 1500 has its own Large Truck rate, which comes in under a three row SUV on the combos because there is no third row inside.
Interior only packages are not offered on large trucks, so the builder points you at the combo that covers the cabin. Pick your model above and it sorts this out for you.
How long does a real detail take?
A maintenance wash is about an hour. A Signature Exterior runs ninety minutes to two and a half hours depending on size. A Deluxe Interior Reset is four to six hours because steam, shampoo and extraction all need dwell time, and the Master combo on a large SUV is a full eight hour day. Anyone quoting a deep interior in ninety minutes is skipping steps that you will notice in a week.
What is a six month ceramic sealant, and is it a ceramic coating?
A ceramic infused paint sealant. It bonds to clean paint and holds beading and gloss for roughly six months, and it comes with the Signature Exterior, the Master combo and the paint correction. On the Maintenance Wash and the Maintenance Combo it is a $35 add on. A multi year ceramic coating is a different product and this is never sold as one. Ask about a coating with a warranty behind it and Damian quotes it separately.
What does one step paint correction actually fix?
A single machine polishing stage aimed at light oxidation and everyday swirl marks. Damian puts it at roughly 60 to 80 percent of paint defects removed for good, followed by a panel wipe and a sealant over the top. Scratches that go through the clear coat need more than one step at extra cost, so he looks at those before promising anything.
Which package is right if the car has not been cleaned in a while?
Not a Maintenance Level package. Those are for a vehicle already in light condition, and Damian is clear that they are not a deep clean. After months of daily driving, go with the Signature Exterior, the Deluxe Interior Reset or the Master combo.
How do the deposit and payment work?
A 10 percent deposit holds your date and time, and it is not refunded if you cancel or reschedule. If Damian has to cancel for weather or an equipment problem, you get it back or move it to a new date, your choice.
The menu prices are the cash, check or Zelle rate. Heavy pet hair, mud or severe staining can add a fee, which Damian quotes in person before any work starts.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the whole job. Most customers hand over the keys and get on with their day. Damian does need three things when he pulls up: a clear, legal spot to work, like a driveway, a working outdoor spigot and a standard outlet within 50 feet of the car, and a cabin already emptied of personal items. Anything left in a pocket or the console gets skipped rather than moved.
